How to play Bubble Barrage
Drag, move the mouse or use the arrow keys to aim the cannon; the dotted guide shows the path through its first wall bounce, and gold rings show what the shot will pop.
Lift your finger, click or press Space to shoot the bubble into the wall.
Connect three or more bubbles of the same colour to pop them; bubbles left hanging below them fall for bonus points.
Pop on three shots in a row for FEVER: double points, the wall holds and a rainbow pearl arrives. Fill the gauge around the cannon to load a sea mine.
Tap the next bubble (or press the down arrow) to swap it in, and keep the wall above the danger line as new rows bring ice and stones.

Tips
Aim for the few bubbles that hold a big cluster up: popping them drops everything underneath for far more points than the pop itself, and the falling arrows in the aim preview show exactly what will go.
Protect your streak. Three popping shots in a row start FEVER, which doubles your points and stops the wall from advancing, so when your loaded colour has no match, swap to the next bubble before you break the combo.
Save the sea mine for the low part of the wall or a knot of stones: it clears two rings of bubbles at once, stones included, and whatever hung from them falls too.
Shoot the rainbow pearl where two or more colour pairs meet; it pops every colour group it completes in one go.
Thaw ice early by popping a group next to it, and undercut stones while they are still in small clusters: in the last thirty seconds a new row with a stone arrives every three shots.
About Bubble Barrage
Bubble Barrage is a free bubble shooter game set on a sunlit coral reef, and you play it right in your browser. A wall of glossy coloured bubbles hangs from a rock ledge under the waves, and a brass cannon on the reef floor fires one bubble at a time. Match three or more bubbles of the same colour and they burst in a chain of shards and air. It is the classic bubble pop game from arcades and phones, rebuilt as a fast two-minute round with a leaderboard, sea turtles drifting past and light dancing through the water, and it starts the moment you press Play.
Every shot is a small puzzle. Drag or move the mouse to aim, and a dotted guide shows the path of your bubble, including its first bounce off the reef wall, so bank shots around blockers are easy to line up. Where the shot will stick, a ghost bubble appears, and gold rings mark every bubble it would pop while small arrows mark everything that would fall. Bubbles left hanging under a popped group lose their grip and drop for big bonus points, so cutting a whole cluster loose is the best move in the game. The cannon also shows your next bubble, and you can swap the two whenever the next colour fits better.
The deeper you go, the more the reef fights back. Pop on three shots in a row and you hit FEVER: points double (triple from six in a row), the wall stops advancing while the streak lasts, and a rainbow pearl that pops every colour it touches drops into the cannon. Every bubble you pop or drop fills the gauge around the cannon, and a full gauge loads a sea mine that blasts everything around where it lands. After thirty seconds the new rows bring ice bubbles, which match nothing until you pop a group beside them; after a minute come stones, which never pop and must be dropped or blasted, and a sixth colour. The rules are the same on every run, so every score on the board was earned on equal terms.
The pressure comes from above. Every few shots the whole wall steps down a row and a fresh row slides out from under the ledge, more often as the clock runs down: every six shots at first, every three in the last half minute. If a bubble crosses the danger line above the cannon the round is over, and the closer the wall gets, the faster the heartbeat. Scoring rewards skill: 10 points for each popped bubble, more for every bubble that drops, 50 for each stone you clear, the FEVER multiplier on top and 2,000 for emptying the whole board. Free play is unlimited, and a Ranked attempt posts one run to the weekly and all-time boards after our servers replay it to check the score. Bubble Barrage works on phones, tablets and computers, so it sits with our mobile games and PC games alike. On a touchscreen, drag to aim and lift your finger to shoot; drag back below the cannon to cancel. With a mouse, the cannon follows your pointer and a click fires. On a keyboard, the arrow keys turn the cannon and Space shoots, which makes it one of our keyboard games too. It belongs with our casual games and aim games, and it is a good pick from our casual games for adults when you want a two-minute puzzle between other things. There is nothing to install: it is one of our free online games with no download.

Bubble Barrage FAQ
How long does a game of Bubble Barrage last?
At most two minutes: 118 seconds of play and a short time-up screen. The round ends earlier if a bubble crosses the danger line above the cannon.
How is the score calculated?
Each popped bubble is worth 10 points, bubbles that fall after a pop score extra, more for bigger clusters, and each stone you clear adds 50. FEVER doubles a shot’s points (triples them from six popping shots in a row), and clearing the whole board adds 2,000 points.
What do the sea mine and the rainbow pearl do?
The sea mine loads when the gauge around the cannon fills from popped and dropped bubbles; it blasts the two rings of bubbles around where it lands, stones and ice included. The rainbow pearl arrives when you reach FEVER and pops every colour group it completes.
How do I get rid of ice and stones?
Ice bubbles match nothing until you pop a group next to them, which thaws them into an ordinary bubble of their colour. Stones never pop: drop them by popping what holds them up, or blast them with a sea mine for 50 points each.
Can I play Bubble Barrage on my phone?
Yes. Drag anywhere above the cannon to aim and lift your finger to shoot. It also plays with a mouse, or with the arrow keys and Space on a keyboard.
Why does the wall of bubbles move down?
Every few shots a new row slides out from under the ledge and pushes the wall down one row: every six shots at the start and every three near the end. Popping on every shot keeps it high, and FEVER stops it while your streak lasts.
