Quick Games
About Quick Games
Some days you have an hour to play; most days you have two minutes. Quick games are made for the second kind. Every game on this page starts in about a second and ends within two minutes, whether that is a clock running out, a tower toppling or a final crash. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up, so a short break stays short.
Short does not mean shallow. Stackfall asks for precise timing in under a minute, Lane Rush puts its snowboarding run on a ninety-second clock in Timed mode, and Pop Pulse is over after 45 seconds of frantic aiming. Puzzle fans can try Merge Minute, a 2048-style race against the clock, or Maze Dash, five mazes on a single two-minute timer, while Orbit Hop and Neon Breaker round things out with a 90-second planet-hopping run in Timed mode and a wall of neon bricks. Newer arrivals fit a classic into two minutes: the snake game in Snake Rush, solitaire in Summit Solitaire, sudoku in Sudoku Sprint, a block puzzle in Block Fit, a bubble shooter in Bubble Barrage, mini golf in Putt Rush and a sky-high climb in the two-minute Timed mode of Cloud Hopper.
Because rounds are so short, quick games are also the best way to improve: you can play ten attempts in the time other games take to load. When a run goes well, press Ranked attempt to put it on the weekly leaderboard. For more ideas, see our free games to play at work and the casual games for adults.
Frequently asked questions
How long do quick games last?
From 45 seconds to two minutes, and none take longer. Every game has a built-in time limit, so a round always ends on time.
Do quick games work on mobile?
Yes. They are designed for phones as much as for desktops: tap or swipe on a touchscreen, or use a mouse and keyboard. The mobile games page lists every game that plays on a phone.
Which quick game is the shortest?
Pop Pulse, at 45 seconds. Stackfall lasts up to a minute and a Timed run of Lane Rush up to 90 seconds, Merge Minute can stretch towards two minutes if you keep merging, and classics such as Snake Rush, Block Fit and Summit Solitaire give you up to two minutes.
